Barcelona receives a hard blow before hosting Bayern Munchen

                     FC Barcelona announced the leaders of the Spanish league football Tuesday that defender Jeremy Mathieu will miss Wednesday's game against Bayern Munchen in the German European Champions League, because of suffering from Achilles tendon pain in his right leg.

    Matthew is the only player absent from the ranks during Barca face Bayern in the first leg semi-finals of "Champions League", which will be held Wednesday at the stadium (Camp Nou) stronghold of Barcelona.

   
A Catalan team coach Luis Enrique, the use of the rest of the squad for Wednesday's game, including Belgian defender Thomas Vermaelen, who has not played yet since recovering from injury.
